Description
Ethos is seeking experienced directors of talent development to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, and related deliverables.
The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP.
