As Director of Data Engineering & Architecture, you will oversee Data Architects and Data Engineers while guiding complex consulting engagements. You will shape architectural vision, solution delivery, practice development, and team growth. The work spans AWS, Azure, and GCP, with primary focus on data platforms, pipelines, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, mentor, and develop Data Architects and Data Engineers
• Lead modern data engineering and architecture best practices
• Shape client data strategies, roadmaps, and solution designs
• Oversee production-grade data platforms, pipelines, and workflows
• Drive engagements from discovery through delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or related fields
• 5+ years in technical leadership and team management
• Advanced proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
• Familiarity with Spark, Python, dbt, Terraform, or generative AI
