Job Summary The Director of Wafer Fab Operations is responsible for the overall performance of the Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP, and Implant modules within the wafer fabrication facility.
This role provides end-to-end ownership and accountability for safety, quality, output, yield, cycle time, equipment performance, workforce capability, and cost across these manufacturing areas.
