Description
We are looking to hire a Director of Community Behavioral Health (DCBH) to optimize services for our clients across our programs.
The DCBH will have regular, structured meetings with staff to discuss treatments and professional issues and will guide clinicians to assess clients’ mental health, develop suitable treatments, and make referrals.
The DCBH will select, train, evaluate, discipline, and motivate staff.
