Description

Cloudbeds is seeking a senior onboarding leader to drive mid-market deployments, build scalable onboarding frameworks, and lead a distributed team of onboarding project managers and coaches.

You’ll own end-to-end outcomes from sales handoff to go-live, focusing on velocity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management to align delivery with strategic goals while shaping capacity planning and operational excellence.
