Description
Ethos is seeking experienced directors of hospital operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
You will own patient throughput and service line performance work, build staffing and reimbursement models, and craft executive-ready materials with precision and clarity.
This fully remote, part-time engagement offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.
