About the role

The Drilling Advisor is the technical authority within Corva's iROC for directional drilling and drilling engineering optimization.

Rather than live shift monitoring, this role works a standard schedule and focuses on the analysis that drives step-change performance: reviewing completed and in-progress wells, benchmarking performance across rigs and programs, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations and reports for customers.
