Description
Avancer Homes LLC - DT Direct Support Professional (DSP) General Function: Ensure the completion of the strategy outcomes listed in each Individuals personal plan.
Collect data on the Individuals on a timely basis as required.
Document the Individuals tracking sheets as required.
Provide supervision and oversight of the physical and mental well-being of the Individuals.
Provide an abuse/neglect free environment for all Individual's served.
Support the agency's Vision, Mission and Core Values.
