Leon Cycle is expanding its European operations and seeks a Sales & Operations Manager for Barcelona, Spain.
You will build and manage a dealer network, drive both B2B and B2C sales, and oversee offline retail store operations across the region.
You will recruit and lead a retail team, set up stores, and work closely with EU HQ on marketing, logistics and forecasts to ensure sustainable growth in a dynamic bike market.
