SUMMARY OF THE POSITION Person who, in collaboration with the team in her/his unit and specialists on staff, provides for the physical, psychological and general rehabilitation needs of users.
She/he participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring of the general programs for users in her/his care.
She/he records the progress and reactions of the users placed in her/his care and fills out the documents required to monitor changes.
