The EHC Coordinator will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, legally compliant Education, Health and Care (EHC) service for children and young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The postholder will manage a designated caseload and act as the main point of contact for children, young people, parents, carers and professionals throughout the EHC process.
