Electoral Services Manager - Basildon Borough Council Basildon, Essex £40 PAYE / £50.02 Umbrella Full-Time, Temporary 36.25 Hours per Week; 3 Month Contract Closing Date: Monday 19th October 2026 Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Basildon Council to recruit an Electoral Services Manager.
