Description

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior HR Manager to own People Governance & compliance across EMEA Continental Europe & MEA, based in Barcelona or Madrid.

You’ll serve as the reference for HRBPs, managers, and regulators on European employment matters, balancing hands-on casework with strategic policy design.

You will lead policy lifecycle, GDPR compliance, and audits, while coordinating with Legal on risk and litigation.
