Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
You will manage a multi-level payroll team and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and supports process improvements, audits, and KPI tracking while maintaining alignment with Danaher's governance standards.
