Description

Silimed seeks a People & Business Performance Specialist for the EMEA region.

You will align talent strategy with business goals, drive performance management, KPIs and continuous improvement across Europe, and lead onboarding, engagement, and development programs.

You will report directly to the Head of EMEA and collaborate with HQ teams in Brazil to ensure global standards are adapted locally, with a practical, data-driven approach and a bias for action.
