Silimed is seeking a People & Business Performance Specialist EMEA to align business objectives with people management across Europe.

You will support area leads in strategic planning, KPI cascading, and performance management while driving onboarding, organizational climate, and talent development.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA, you will coordinate with HQ teams in Brazil to adapt global standards locally within a dynamic, international environment.
