Silimed, a leading medical device company, is expanding its European footprint and seeks a People & Business Performance Specialist EMEA to join the team in Alcorcón (Madrid).

You will shape talent strategy, performance cycles, and business alignment across Europe.

You will report to the Head of EMEA and collaborate with HQ in Brazil, driving onboarding, organizational climate, and talent development while applying global standards locally.
