The Employee Relations Consultant is deployed via the HR Operations team to manage and investigate highly sensitive Employee Relations issues, including but not limited to cases of sexual harassment, discrimination, and fraudulent behavior.
Serves as the primary investigator on any matter involving any member of the Senior Leadership Team which includes all Vice Presidents and above.
