Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Employment Caseworker is responsible for providing individualized supports to help job seekers overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.
The incumbent provides employment preparation, job coaching, workplace accommodation, onboarding, and retention supports while working collaboratively with clients, employers, and the employment services team.
