Description
The Enterprise Change Management Program Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing risk-related programs and frameworks in support of the Bank's Enterprise Change Management (“ECM”) program, including the New, Modified, or Expanded Products and Services (“New Activities”) program, to ensure organizational changes are governed, coordinated, and executed with appropriate risk oversight.
