Entry Level 1st Line Support

Salary: £25,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements

Experience or knowledge of SQL would be a bonus.

We will consider candidates with a customer service background or previous IT support experience.

Responsibilities

Answer our helpdesk phone line and manage our helpdesk ticketing system.

Respond to general queries.

Investigate issues and resolve them where possible.

Ensure all queries are responded to within agreed timeframes.
