Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Entwickler Analogelektronik & PCB Layout (m/w/d), der anspruchsvolle analoge Schaltungen entwickelt und zuverlässig in hochwertige, serienreife Leiterplattenlayouts umsetzt. - MBL develops and manufactures high-end audio products “Made in Germany.” We are looking for an experienced Analog Electronics & PCB Layout Engineer (m/f/d) who can develop demanding analog circuits and reliably translate them into high-quality, production-ready PCB layouts.
Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Optimierung analoger Audioelektronik
• Erstellung anspruchsvoller PCB-Layouts
• Optimierung von Signalwegen, Masseführung, Spannungsversorgung und Abschirmung
• Entwicklung von Kleinsignal-, Netzteil- und Verstärkerschaltungen
• Berücksichtigung von EMV, thermischen und fertigungstechnischen Anforderungen
• Inbetriebnahme, Messung und Optimierung von Prototypen
• Weiterentwicklung bestehender Baugruppen
• Development and optimization of analog audio electronics
• Creation of demanding PCB layouts
• Optimization of signal paths, grounding, power supplies, and shielding
• Development of small-signal, power supply, and amplifier circuits
• Consideration of EMC, thermal, and manufacturing requirements
• Commissioning, measurement, and optimization of prototypes
• Further development of existing electronic assemblies

Profil

• Qualifikation im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in analoger Schaltungsentwicklung und PCB-Layout
• Sehr gutes Verständnis rauscharmer Analogtechnik und Signalführung
• Erfahrung mit mehrlagigen Leiterplatten und EMV-gerechtem Design
• Sicherer Umgang mit professionellen EDA-Systemen, idealerweise Altium Designer
• Selbstständige, präzise und effiziente Arbeitsweise
• Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Interesse an High-End-Audiotechnik
• Qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in analog circuit development and PCB layout
• Very good understanding of low-noise analog electronics and signal routing
• Experience with multilayer PCBs and EMC-compliant design
• Confident use of professional EDA systems, ideally Altium Designer
• Independent, precise, and efficient working style
• High quality standards and a strong interest in high-end audio technology
