Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic RTE Support Analyst for a 5-month Staff Augmentation opportunity.
Responsibilities
Provide post-live support for the Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) module Manage and resolve Epic support tickets independently Work assigned tickets through to resolution in a post-live environment Support Epic Prelude workflows as needed
