Description

Inter-American Development Bank in Madrid seeks a Human Resources Principal Specialist, Global Talent & Strategic Partnerships.

You will lead Europe-focused talent attraction and strategic partnerships, building pipelines from non-regional markets while aligning outreach with IDB priorities.
