Description
Alcon is seeking a Europe Director, Sales & Marketing - Valeda to shape and drive the European commercial strategy.
You will lead a 15 person team across Valeda Sales, Clinic Activation, Inside Sales and Hunter roles to accelerate adoption and utilization of Valeda devices.
You will partner with IMG Marketing and Market Access to execute country plans, manage budgets, forecast performance and build strong relationships with clinics, key accounts and stakeholders.
