Alcon seeks a Europe Director, Sales & Marketing - Valeda to define and execute the European commercial strategy, leading the regional sales and activation organization and accelerating adoption across Europe.
You will partner with IMG Marketing and Market Access, own revenue and growth, and manage budget processes while developing talent across multiple countries, driving cross-functional collaboration and strong execution.
