SUMMARY The EVS Attendant is responsible for attending to the cleaning needs of assigned areas of the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans restrooms, including trash bins, toilets, mirrors, counters, sinks, floors, and other items needing attention.
Replace toilet paper and paper towels as necessary.
Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums, and cleans assigned areas.
Uses floor care equipment, such as carpet cleaners, scrubbers, and buffers to maintain floors.
