POWER PROBE EUROPE in Asturias, Spain, is seeking a Global HR Director to shape our international people strategy across Spain, the US, the UK and Mexico.
You will work directly with the Group CEO to drive global HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
The role requires 12 years in HR, with 5 years leading across countries, strong knowledge of local employment laws, and hands-on execution in a lean, global organisation.
Travel to the US and UK is expected.
