A small-sized financial services company is looking for an Accountant to join its Luxembourg office.

About the role

In this role, you will:

• • Handle the day-to-day administration, bookkeeping for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds;
• • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings including related NAV calculations (where required);
• • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports;
• • Liaison and interaction with clients, client advisors, investors, auditors (dealing with audit queries) and any other third parties;
• • Assisting in the organization of board meetings and shareholders' meetings;
• • Assisting in the preparation of VAT & Tax returns;
• About you – essential requirements
• • Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Audit or Economics
• • Previous accounting experience within a PSF environment.
• • Fluent in English (knowledge of French will be considered as an asset);
• • Have good knowledge on MS Office tools;
• • Ability to interact effectively (oral and written) with contacts both within and outside the company at all seniority levels;
• • You possess team spirit, have ability to interact effectively (oral and written) with others and prioritisation skills.
