Job Description Job Description Gates Washer and Manufacturing is seeking We are looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker / Die Repair Specialist who can step into an active punch press operation and independently support production.

This is not an entry-level role.

We need someone who understands stamping dies, can diagnose problems at the press, and knows how to repair, sharpen, adjust, and maintain tooling to keep production running.
