The position ensures food is prepared correctly, plated properly, and delivered on time.

Maintains a clean kitchen.

Preparing food on the line, as needed, by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces, can be a part of this roll, as well as assisting other team members.

Assists other BOH team members as needed.
