Extra Care Team Manager

We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to provide person-centered care and support to our 13 services users.

You will be based in vibrant, multi-cultural Hoxton and be responsible for the operational management and quality of the service, consisting of 13 one-bedroom flats.

You are expected to collaborate with the Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure that the highest care standards are met.
