DEVELOPER JOB SUMMARY: The Developer’s main responsibility is to mentor and coach servers and back servers by working hands-on with them to ensure the goal of delivering The Cliffs Club standards.
In addition, this individual will be responsible for opening and/or closing procedures of the club.
JOB DUTIES: Prepare new hire training schedules using Cliffs Club Training Plan for all new employees.
Incorporate daily on-going training for service staff in all sequence of service.
