Job Title: Fabricators/Welders Employer: Kerry Mechanical Engineering Location: Kilmeany, Co. Kerry Hours: 39 hours per week Annual Salary: €36,605 per annum Publication Date: 28/09/2026 Kerry Mechanical Engineering is seeking experienced Fabricator Welders to join its team in Kilmorna, Co. Kerry. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out skilled fabrication and welding work on metal components and structures in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and production requirements. Main Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications; measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling metal components; carrying out welding and fabrication using appropriate techniques and equipment; inspecting completed welds and fabricated components to ensure quality and accuracy; carrying out repairs and adjustments where required; safely operating and maintaining welding and fabrication equipment; working efficiently as part of the production team; and following all workplace health and safety procedures. Applicants should have relevant practical experience in welding and metal fabrication, strong technical and fabrication skills, the ability to work accurately from engineering drawings and measurements, and a good understanding of safe working practices.
