To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven, checkable experience in UK façade design or related disciplines like cladding, glazing, and curtain walling.
It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional to take full ownership of projects from concept through to site delivery.

- Create complete technical packages including GA drawings, interface details, and fixings.
- Generate fabrication drawings and material procurement schedules for manufacturing.
- Prepare compliance documentation meeting UK Building Regulations, BSR, and warranty guidelines.
- Review contract docs with commercial and project teams to clarify scope and deliverables.
- Work with clients, architects, and engineers to clear technical details and secure approvals.
- Attend design meetings, respond to RFIs, and keep document control logs up to date.
- Provide technical support through installation, handling site queries and issuing as-builts.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years' checkable UK experience in façade design (curtain walling, cladding, glazing, rainscreen).
- Degree or recognised UK qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Façade Engineering.
- Strong AutoCAD skills and sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and performance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and great time management.
- Desirable: Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Revit, SolidWorks, Inventor) or BIM experience.
- Desirable: Understanding of thermal, acoustic, and fire performance principles
Benefits:
- Remote working setup with full IT equipment and software provided
- 29 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Discretionary annual performance bonus
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Full reimbursement of travel expenses for site and office visits
