About the role

We are seeking a committed and empathetic Family Hub Worker to join our Family Hub Team, supporting children, young people and families on a 1-1 basis or through group workshops and programmes to achieve positive change before challenges escalate.

In this role, you will work directly with a case load of children, young people and parents experiencing a range of challenges, including parenting challenges, emotional wellbeing concerns and family relationships.
