TITLE: FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF PRIMARY CARE & QUALITY STATUS: FULL-TIME LOCATION: ANTIOCH, CA and RICHMOND, CA COMPENSATION: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 POSITION SUMMARY The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will be responsible for direct patient care and for other administrative duties as designated by the Director of Primary Care & Quality.
