Description
Home-Start HOST is seeking enthusiastic and community-focused Family Navigators to join an exciting partnership with Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council’s Family Hubs programme.
We currently have four Full-time Equivalent Family Navigator vacancies available across Oldham’s Family Hub districts.
We will consider candidates who wish to apply on a part-time or job-share basis.
