FBI - GIS Systems Engineer - CI Poly REQUIRED

cFocus Software seeks a Systems Engineer to join our program supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance.
Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of GIS Systems Engineering experience
• 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise GIS and related technologies.

Duties:

• Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of all aspects of the Enterprise GIS program, to include network components, server environments, operating systems, software, services, and data.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Enterprise GIS systems including the evaluation of system utilization monitoring performance, and detection and correction of operational problems.
• Lead technical planning, design, and implementation of new geospatial capabilities.
• Perform systems management and integration functions and address interoperability issues between Enterprise GIS and external systems.
• Ensures Enterprise GIS are current with approved patches and operated within IT security parameters.
• Ensures all updates to Enterprise GIS components follow the FBI’s change management policy and procedures.
• Responsible for management and control of geospatial system maintenance and enhancement activities.
