The FDE SWAT is a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer role focused on troubleshooting, fixing, and resolving complex issues in live customer deployments.

As part of a team of specialists, you will be engaged by FDE Pods or directly by customers when critical problems arise, working quickly to diagnose root causes, implement fixes, and restore stable performance across Agentforce and the wider Salesforce platform.
