Job Description The Field Service Tech performs all trouble shooting and customer training on new and existing machines to customers' satisfaction.

Puts new machines into service, which includes testing and demonstration of the new equipment at the customer's site.

Repairs existing equipment at the customers site.

Trouble shoots the machines and perform the necessary service, maintenance, and repairs to restore the equipment to proper operation.
