Analyse financial, insurance and business information to identify performance trends, operational patterns, financial issues and opportunities for improved business outcomes. Discuss relevant financial products and solutions with clients, including life insurance, income protection, pensions and other appropriate financial products, referring matters requiring additional specialist advice to the appropriate adviser. Analyse client and business financial information to support financial needs assessment, business decision-making and the evaluation of relevant financial and insurance requirements. Review and analyse financial-product information received from insurers, pension providers, financial institutions and other providers, comparing relevant features, costs, benefits, terms and client considerations. Analyse client, policy, financial and operational datasets to identify trends, recurring issues, information gaps and opportunities for improving business processes and financial-service outcomes. Develop and maintain financial and business reporting solutions using Excel to analyse business activity, financial indicators, client activity, pipeline performance and operational KPIs. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management information solutions to provide structured analysis of financial, business, client and operational performance. Analyse CRM and pipeline data to identify trends in incoming business, client engagement, case progression, conversion activity and business performance, providing analytical insights to management.
