Job Title: Finance Application Support Engineer (Coupa Administrator)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3+Months

About the role:

Support and enhance a SaaS customer’s finance application stack, working alongside BPO and customer success teams. You will own admin, configuration, and light enhancement work across procure-to-pay and record-to-report systems.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Sage Intacct, Coupa, and BlackLine: roles, permissions, approval workflows, configuration changes
• Handle Coupa enhancements: PO and requisition fields, approval chains, vendor categorization
• Build and maintain Workato recipes and connectors across finance apps
• Support reporting needs across Intacct, Coupa and BlackLine
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 tickets within SLA; escalate L3 items with clear documentation
• Support adjacent tools (Navan and others) after ramp-up
• Maintain SOPs, config logs and change records

Must have:

• 3 to 5 years in finance systems admin or business systems roles
• Hands-on admin experience in at least two of: Sage Intacct, Coupa, BlackLine
• Working knowledge of P2P and R2R processes
• Experience with ticketing and SLA-driven support

Nice to have:

• Workato recipe building (or similar iPaaS)
• Coupa, Intacct or BlackLine certification
• Experience supporting a mid-size SaaS company
• Exposure to Navan or other T&E tools
