Finance & HR Lead for Grants & Compliance (Non-Profit)

New Life Stories is a Singapore-registered IPC non-profit empowering children of incarcerated parents.

We seek a meticulous Finance & HR Manager to oversee daily financial operations, grant accounting, compliance, and core HR functions.

You will manage restricted grant reporting, drive audits, and use Xero and JustLogin to maintain controls and timely reporting for funders and the Board.

This role reports to the Finance Committee and supports the whole organisation across programmes.
