Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote US digital agency of 30 to 40 people running websites, SEO, paid media and branding.
As Finance and Operations Lead you own finance end to end, plus the people operations that go with it, reporting straight to ownership as the senior finance person.
You run it on your own.
In this role you manage the monthly close, FP&A models, onboarding across several countries, and provide plain, actionable updates on the business standing and what to do next.
