Shimano Iberia is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Madrid office.
You will lead a four-person finance team, oversee accounting, reporting, controls, tax compliance and treasury, and serve as a trusted partner to the local management team.
You will drive continuous improvement, ensure IFRS and Shimano policies, and contribute to regional finance initiatives while coordinating with auditors, banks, and regulators.
