Financial and Accounting Technician required for Kerry Coaches

Kerry Coaches is seeking a Financial and Accounting Technician to maintain accurate accounting records and provide regular financial information to management.

Main duties:

• Prepare regular profit and loss reports and maintain the supporting accounts and records.
• Compile financial information and reports for management.
• Review accounting records for discrepancies, investigating and correcting errors.
• Monitor the accuracy and maintenance of the accounting system and records.
• Check invoices and payments for accuracy and ensure they are processed on time.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up overdue payments.
• Liaise with the company’s accounting or financial professional as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping or financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare and review accurate financial records and reports.
• Experience using accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Salary Based on a 39 hour week 36,605 to 45,000 per annum.
