Starr is seeking a senior underwriting leader to drive profitability and strategy for the Iberia region.
You will oversee underwriting decisions, risk selection, and portfolio performance while mentoring a team of underwriters and collaborating with the CUO and Regional Manager.
You will develop local wordings with UK/Continental Europe teams, monitor budgets, and ensure alignment with Starr's business plan.
Strong client and broker relationships are essential.
