Description

Bolt is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join the Bolt Rides team in Madrid.

You will lead high‑impact fleet initiatives that boost growth, manage car branding and fleet agreements, and define the strategy to roll out in every city with measurable impact on engagement and unit economics.

Reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, you will work cross‑functionally with Central Operations, Growth Analytics, Legal and Product.
