Fleet Systems Support Manager

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Fleet Maintenance Systems Specialist to lead the implementation, training, and operational support for our M5 maintenance software across multiple locations. In this role, you will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging the gap between IT and fleet operations by managing system upgrades, conducting staff training (including mobile/tablet rollouts), tracking inventory, and ensuring data accuracy across fleet assets. Additionally, you will support month-end financial forecasting, manage telematics integration (Geotab/Lytx), and generate critical reporting for the Area Fleet Director to drive operational efficiency.
